This is a 220 Volt (for non USA electronic products) surge protector. It has 5 grounded european style 4/5mm recessed recepticles. The plug is a european grounded 5mm round pin plug. It is rated for 220 volt around 350 joules. It can work in the states with a USA plug but it is built for a 220 volt load.
This is not a transformer but will work well with one if you want to connect multiple items in to one transformer.
