This is a USA flat pin plug to european round pin converter. Use this plug with your USA flat pin cables when you travel to countries that use the 4mm european round pins. This plug is to be used with items that are already 220 voltage. This plug will also accept the 5mm round pin cable so that it will fit the 4mm wall socket/recepticle. If your item is not 220 voltage you will also need a travel transformer.
